Wellness Wednesday: Green tea

Over the past five years I have been clinging to coffee and espresso for my daily caffeine kick. However; recent studies show that in fact green tea is much better for you! After reading this Atlantic article about how green tea can promote weight loss, heart health and improve bone and muscle strength, I have been successful in making the switch from coffee to green tea. Below are a few reasons why you should make the switch as well!
